SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping methods, times and costs vary based on the delivery address:

• Italy: GLS express shipping 24/48 working hours, shipping cost €5.00
• Rest of Europe: GLS shipping in 2/3 working days, shipping cost €15.00
• The payment on delivery method is possible only for Italy.
• For orders that include: "customized products", "our creations", "pre-order", delivery times vary from 5 to 10 working days.
• Shipping times may vary during holidays or sales periods.

RETURN METHOD

Items can be returned for exchange, store credit, refund within5 days from the date of receipt of the goods under the following conditions:

• the product must be intact and in the same condition as when it was received, including the original packaging.
• the " earrings" product does not include returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons.
• the shipping costs for the return or exchange are borne by the buyer if there are no supply errors (6€ for the return, 9€ for the exchange, which includes collection of the item to be replaced and shipping of the replaced item).
• The refund for the return will be made when the goods are returned to our office.
• The refund is to be considered net of shipping and collection costs.
• the personalized product does not include returns or exchanges.
• Products modified upon request by our laboratories (e.g. size, color, etc.) absolutely do not include returns or exchanges.

To proceed with the return, exchange or store credit, simply send an email to almatrendcollection@libero.it with the subject “RETURN”, “EXCHANGE”, “STORE CREDIT” and in the body of the email specify: name, order code, reason.
The customer will be contacted within 24/48 hours with all the information and directions to proceed.
